In its activities, our agency is specialized in mediation for building and purchasing/selling real-estates owned by several different investors who work in the Šibenik County, middle and north Dalmatia, as well as in mediation when selling and purchasing other real-estates, mostly owned by domestic and foreign private persons. Since 2005, along with Croatian collaboration, Dalmat & Hormus d.o.o. has initiated the productive cooperation with eminent partner agencies from Poland, Great Britain, Norway, and Russia. In doing so it has gradually spread its presence over the years onto the European market and progressively increased its number of potential clients from the whole of Europe who recognize Croatia as their new home and an ideal place for investments in real-estate.

The agency’s scope of business as performed for its clients is the following:

• Checks the legality of the facility
• Marketing and presentation of real-estates
• Professional opinion on the market value of the real-estate
• Purchase and sale of all types of real-estates
• Counselling when concluding pre-contracts and sale and purchase contracts
• Provides lawyer’s services in cooperation with an authorized law office
• Completes the registration in the land-registry books and registration in cadastral books
• Offers consulting and counselling when obtaining building permits, as well as counselling during construction
• Offers all necessary services in engaging other experts in the sale and purchase process
